BRIEF

The Globe and Mail is one of Canada's largest new media companies that covers current events as they unfold day by day. Their mission is to inspire and inform Canadians through courageous, empathetic and honest journalism. They aim to put readers' needs first and follow a customer-focused practice. As Canada's leading voice in journalism, the Globe and Mail is able to take towards guiding language to reflect a less ableist world.

In partnership with Holland Bloorview Hospital, the Globe and Mail takes on a campaign that tackles casual ableist language. This was an EDI focused campaign completed in the Portfolio Development course at Humber College.
